By default we work on a monthly subscription - no long-term commitment and no minimum period. You can stop the service anytime, with no penalty fees. If you wish, we also sign a contract - fixed-term or open-ended. The contract is not there to tie you down, but to guarantee you a fixed price, support and 99% site availability. No. Every site runs on our own system, which we write and maintain ourselves. WordPress is not bad in itself, but a small business site usually depends on a dozen plugins from different authors, and someone has to update them every week.
