## Hosting and domain

The website is hosted on UpZora's own server. UpZora fully handles hosting, the SSL certificate, backups and technical support - the client needs no separate hosting plan. The domain is registered in the client's own name (the client is the owner); UpZora only manages it technically while working together. UpZora does not host third-party code or migrate existing external sites onto its servers - this is a deliberate security decision to protect all clients' data.

## Changes and self-service

Through the client portal, clients change their own contact details, opening hours, services, prices and gallery at any time, without waiting. Larger design or structural changes are handled by UpZora per plan (BASIC: minor text changes; BASIC+: priority support; BUSINESS: 5 hours/month).

## Contracts and commitment

By default UpZora works on a monthly subscription with no long-term commitment and no minimum period - the client can stop anytime with no penalty fees. On request, a contract (fixed-term or open-ended) can be signed; it guarantees a fixed price, support and 99% availability, and assures the client that the service will not disappear.

## Ownership and buyout

With FREE, BASIC and BASIC+ the code and template remain UpZora's; the client pays for online presence. With BUSINESS the files belong to the client. A buyout option (from €800) transfers full ownership: documented source code, database export, the domain (registered in the client's name) and all accounts created for them.

If the client stops paying, the site is taken offline but kept for 1 year, during which it can be reactivated or bought out. The domain remains the client's if registered in their name. No fines or hidden fees.

### Is the build really free?

### I have a Facebook page - do I need a website?
